I cut my teeth in qualitative consumer research at System1 (Formerly BrainJuicer) before moving into a more strategic role at DigitasLBi, where I focussed on doing behaviour research to shape digital services and tools.
Since becoming an independent consultant, under the guise of Sherman Street, I have worked with a wide variety of organisations: design and innovation consultancies like Fjord, Adaptive Lab, MING Labs and TH_NK; future venture laboratory YEAST.; digital health startup Infinity Health; palliative care charity Marie Curie and global organisations like United Technologies (UTC), a Fortune 50 company, and Gen-Re, a global reinsurer.
I am currently living in Shanghai having decided to flip life on its head and immerse myself in modern China.
I have a 2.1 in Psychology and English Literature from Trinity College, Dublin.
