Challenge Create an employee experience vision primarily to connect business functions such as HR, IT, Workplace and Finance.
Role for research Remote research in Brazil and North America and fieldwork in the Philippines with a range of employees from factory workers to white-collar VPs.
Opportunity HR needed to resolve challenges identified from the research, such as the need to create glocal consistency and to free up HRBPs to have more time to work on nurturing personal relationships.
